DIE HARD brother production custom improvments!

hey all, thought id share some shots of my new custom John Mclane figures. I used the heads from the new brother production figure, as well as the outfit for the die hard 3 version. Had to do some heavy dremeling on both the neck and the head and added a new neck joint to each head. this is also my first foray into repainting bodies! still gonna add the tattoo to die hard 1 john.

random guns i had in my spare parts bin

feet: DID, soon to be replaced with hot toys Kevin flynn feet

Nice work. You consider resculpting the hair on the Die Hard one?

I would love to have the hair tweaked a little bit to be more accurate to the pre-balding bruce look, i just dont have the skill to do it! I really do think the brother production head is a great likeness though and it seemed a shame to waste the second sculpt when Die Hard is one of the easiest bashes around.

It's easier than you think. Just a little sculpey here and there, detail it with an exacto blade or something similiar. If you don't like it just take the sculpey off before you'd dry it.
