I knew that the Blu-Rays with digital copies that consist of a redeemable online code expire, but what about the Blu-Rays that actually come with a disc? Do those expire as well?

They all use online codes regardless, so yeah they do expire.

Being new to this BluRay stuff, i didnt know they expired...but thankfully i only have 3 BluRays, and they all have digital copies, so its a quick 10 minute fix...so me happy :)

I probably have hundreds of Digital copies which I never even looked at. I could never watch a movie on an IPOD. Never really understood what there used for. If anyone is looking for any particular one I may have lmk.

Simple. If you're on a plane, or long trip while sitting in one location, it's a perfect time waster. It's not like people go out of their way to watch movies on the iPod. It's just a thing to do when you're stuck in a boring situation. :lecture

My Zombieland, Hangover and Terminator Salvation were expired.......

Other films (some older than that) worked though?

Zombieland just expired a week or so ago. I don't see why all the studios put different times on them, but I def think Disney is the best for DC because I'm pretty sure they give you more than a year.

yup...knocked out star trek a few weeks ago on a flight back from new york while the wife turned on toy story 3 on her ipad for the kids

I didn't know they had an expiration date but since I don't care about Digital Copies it didn't matter.

In the grand scheme of things, I don't care either. I have the physical media in the Blu-Ray disc and the included DVD version. But since a free digital copy is included, why not use it?

:exactly: I don't use my iPod or iPad to watch a new movie I've been wanting to see. I watch flicks on it to kill time. And it's a nice option to have.

I just wasted a crap load of Digital Copies on my computer. I thought I can transfer them to other computers, either burn them on a Disc and watch on anyone else's computer, but it dont work. The File knows its not the same computer. It will only work on my piece of crap laptop now.

All my WB (warner bros.) that are expired didnt transfer, but alot of other did work that were expired by date on the sleeve.

I just wanted a taste of this "Digitalcopy frenzy" but it was a waste of time. I think its easier just to download the movie illegally. Although I'm all about PQ and AQ so I'll stick to Blurays.

Same with me. Took a couple of movies and put them on my GFs computer without hassle. If there is a problem just get a simple file converter and transform it into an .avi or something.
