One thing is certain, Magneto can't be a Holocaust survivor anymore. He'd be like 100 years old in the MCU, so they better makeup a similar personal tragedy to keep the character's personality and motivation intact.

Wasn't his body de-aged in the comics?

That Reynolds tweet tells me the fools on here championing this corporate monstrosity of a deal are in for a slap in the face.

I don't think they'll be rebooting the X-Verse.

I'm sure that in the comics he's had clones and all kind of storylines to keep him young, but in the MCU, you are starting from the beginning, so unless his mutation keeps him from aging, I don't know how they can get around his Jewish background.

I don't know. I'm only familiar with 90's Magneto....then again, the MCU is going back to the 90's with Captain Marvel, so they could introduce the X Men in the 90's.

Hmm. It's quite a pickle, but I think they could pull something out of their *** to get it to work. It's CBMs after all, I think people will take whatever it is just to get a younger, White haired Magneto in there instead of Oldneto.

He was de-aged at one point, yeah. Raised as a child by moyra mctaggert. and then he was also de-aged by the phoenix force I believe.

Just have it that he was a prisoner of the KGB like winter soldier. Quicksilver and the witch were the produced of forced breeding/artificial insemination. He broke loose a while back, late 90's? donno.

I'm not as versed in the comics as most, but I do remember there was a convoluted mess of why he's younger than Charles.

As much as it pains me, I hope Wolverine is a film or two down the line. I think building up the core original X-Men cast, and getting them to the Blue and Gold teams would paid off big time.

They'll of course do spinoffs, and with Logan I hope we get this in film form.

I think it's pretty obvious they'll keep Deadpool and reboot everything else.

Deadpool is the only one they can pull it off with naturally.

It will benefit the character, it will be more faithful to it and closer to the good versions of Deadpool.

True and they didn’t show any of the other xmen but two so it could Be they are already in the rebooted universe of the mcu.
