My first trip to hell was because I watched princess movies and liked them. :lecture

I work with 5 year old girls, and this person, to put it bluntly, is full of ____.

My niece is 10 and to say she's mature for her age (and always has been) would be a gross understatement. I took her to see Princess & the Frog and she was underwhelmed. She said it was good, but it was a kid's movie.

However, this just happened. It sure as hell wasn't happening when she was 5-6.

I do think a lot of people are making their kids grow up too soon. They won't let them just be kids. I have relatives this way. They want little adults.

If this is true, too bad. I took my four and five year old daughters to see Tangled last night, and we all loved it. Tons of little boys in the theater as well, and everybody applauded at the end. Good movie, especially in 3D.
