Alien 3 makes a big mistake...they killed all characters from Aliens that people love.Hicks,Newt and Bishop.For me the biggest mistake.
And only one Alien was too lame for the people afters they´ve seen the "Alienoverkill" in Aliens.I think if Alien 3 would have some new interesting Aliencreations like the Queen in Aliens more people would love the movie.But so its only a bad copy of the first movie.
But with Alien 4 you can see that it always can go more bad!

But people have different taste...I have a friend that loves Terminator 4!

What's wrong with T4? I saw it 3 times and loved it. My favorite aliens part was the one with the gang and Wynona Ryder. Hope that's not part 4 that you're talking about.

T4 is bad but still, it feels like a proper movie. T5...it looks like two TV episodes, the only thing resembles to the movie is the running time.

I'm not sure it was a mistake, I think it's a fairly bold way of showing that nothing should be taken for granted in the Alien universe. The Xenos are dangerous and nobody is safe. I liked all three of those characters, but their deaths had an impact. One that was probably needed after "Aliens" made the xenos more bug like, cannon fodder almost. The Dog in 3 is mean, and very dangerous, just like the Big Chap was. I don't actually mind resurrection, it has it's good points. But again, I don't group in in with Alien, not at all.....

The Wynona Ryder aliens actually my favorite part out of all the alien films. I love the story and the edgy characters. Kind of reminds me of all the great Vin Diesel movies. Same feeling with pitch black 2. Love those kinds of movies. The first and second I admit was more scary. I hope we get more alien films in the future. Maybe a aliens vs terminator would be so cool. Or even some fun movies like aliens vs batman just like the comics. If possible a horror feast with aliens vs Jason voorhees. They are all horror anyways so it can work.

Depends on whether you class Riddles Scott's Prometheus follow-on (Alien: Covenant - Aug 4th 2017) as an "Alien" movie.

The one that was being suggested by Neill Blomkamp (termed Alien 2.5 or Alien 5 per your preferences) seems to have entered development hell (at least for the time being) due to Riddles' farting around with Prometheus 2.

The only POSITIVE news is that "The Predator" is now scheduled for Feb 9th 2018 . . . and films locally to me

I’d be really surprised if we DIDN’T do it, because it’s such a great script, and we love working together. So, it’s just going to take a little bit longer to get out to you, but it’ll be worth the wait."

If I buy these from SS, what sort of import duty am I looking at.Fairly sure I need the dog,warrior and big chap.

Welcome, "Off" is putting it mildly. Unfortunately for us, since Brexit it costs a lot more to buy direct from Sideshow. But if you do go that route, open up a free account with Fed Ex and pass the details of it on to Sideshow. The will let you avoid Fed Ex's fee and the duty will be taken automatically when you pay. After that, you'll pay 20% of the item price and the shipping price. You'll also pay around 3% currency conversion fees, you can avoid these also by taking out a specific credit card, Halifax offer one of these which I took out specifically for the purpose. Basically your geography is wrong, we pay more either way but the best of luck.

Still mulling over what colour to go for the warrior. The pictures from sdcc will swing it.

You're welcome, that's a tough choice. I'd probably go brown as it matches the actual creature design and props. But the blue does look really nice, and will probably be the most sought after down the line as people seem to like the blue tinted Warriors in general.

Here's the production piece at SDCC. It's lost a fair bit of paint detail from the proto, but I imagine we all expected that given the complexity of the paint app on the Dog. It still looks good.
