those definitely should not be there. he is lying to you, or he's dumb enough to think painters put that there. if l were you l would ask him for a partial refund of a couple hundred or something. if he refuses which he will because l think he lied to you, you should make a claim with paypal and say you want a partial refund, and i'm sure they will do that for you after going back and forth enough.

I wonder what would happen if he request to have it returned? i know im not going to pay for the return shipping and he will have to cover the cost it took to send it to me, since he stated it was mint. wonder how that would pan out. anyone with that type of experience?

i was planning on getting my full refund of 1050 (50 in which was shipping cost). so i wouldn't lose out of anything since it was misrepresented.

oh, hehe thx for the info. yeah thought it was odd it would be on there and not the other foot. i even looked closely at some of the forum members pieces and it didnt show. Most likely won't hear back from the guy till tomorrow morning. Seems like he only replies once every morning.

Seller contacted SS and currently waiting for SS to speak with their artist. He is more then willing to refund me the $200 once he hears back from SS about this issue. I'll keep you guys posted.

That is what i was thinking, but we will see. Not sure what SS can do about a product that has been release years ago. I guess if it is something general i see no issue.

Either this guy is that far "out of the loop" or he's stalling. But then again, if he's willing to do the refund once he gets a reply, I guess that's fair. He's not going to get the response he hoped for though.

Yeah, this black paint spots are definitely not part of it, but had to open to thread to double check.
