Re: Dr. Doom LSF!

It's Cinemaquette that's tapping me. Collecting those and LSF's would be too much. I'm going to have to set up some rules for myself and actually start following them lol.

Plus now that the weather is nice I'm eyeing a Yamaha FZ6R sportbike. 1st world dilemmas... :slap

Yeah I'm in Cornwall now. I'm just trying to sort out work & a place now. We're staying with my wife's in-laws but luckily there got a nice size house & share a private beach so it's not as bad as it sounds but I still want my own place though obviously.

Yeah it was sudden, I fell out with my contractor. He was really screwing me around with payments so I thought screw it we'll go now. I love it here, beautiful part of the country.

Re: Dr. Doom LSF!

As cool as this looks, I have to confess that whoever said the pose looks like he's performing in an opera- that's colored my perception of it now.

Arms folded across the chest would have been a stronger look. But even barring that and keeping this, they could have at least had him holding a cosmic cube and looking at it. Otherwise it's just another pose SS has elected to use that has no meaning whatsoever and isn't in any way iconic or special to the character.

Yeah whoever does these Sideshow statue poses needs to be fired or get more creativity. Vision was especially bad, but many others are just plain boring. Seems like every male now is just going to have a generic on edge pose with one leg standing on something slightly higher than the other.
