Really best villain in the series.

Having a talk with my friend, Frieza is the best villain in the show when it come to the relationship towards goku. He destroyed the Planet Vegeta, Namek, Killed so many ****ers and is an all around ******. Cell and Buu dont really measure up on that note. Now, did his saga take for ever in the anime? Yeah. That why i like watching it in KAI. But im not letting that take away from it. Frieza is one evil mother ****er!

Oh without a doubt. He's the best and most impactful villain of the series his Krillin kill alone is enough to cement that(Cell is still my favorite though) but friezas saga is so long, I'm good if I never have to see him again

From the trailers, Goku gets his ass handed to him. So I fully expect Vegeta being the hero this time, thankfully.

Because covering yourself in mustard gives you god like abilities apparently. Toriyama sucks. All these new transformations are just lazily done recolors.

I wouldn't say that lately. Vegeta was the only one to really whoop Bills' ass with the last film. Goku goes SSJG, and basically does nothing to Bills.

I like Goku but I'm tired of him. Goku has become the John Cena of DBZ Also, Vegeta is by far more interesting, and he should get his own film.

As bad as he is...or was, he's a better husband and father I still like Goku, and I respect his desire to self-improve as a fighter and how he welcomes a challenge, but as a character, he really hasn't evolve or change in any way, which you could argue that's part of his charm. However, Vegeta not only evolved as a fighter, but as a person too. Plus his background is more interesting too.

Vegeta's strive to be the strongest, by pushing himself to the brink of death to do so on a daily basis really lured me to his character the last few years.

I've always loved his Android training.

Yeah, that was insane. I just hope that in this new film, he's the one who beats Frieza. Goku already did it once and I always felt that was more of a personal fight, because Frieza killed Krillin and he almost killed Piccolo, but Frieza and Vegeta have a long history and an unspoken rivalry. It seems to me that Vegeta has more of a reason to hate Frieza, after all, he destroyed Vegeta's home planet, all his people, and he kind of raised him but always reminding him that he was "inferior", not to mention he was killed by Frieza as well. Vegeta is so proud of his heritage and his race, that it makes sense for him to be the one to not only avenged his people, but also to stop Frieza from destroying his adoptive planet, earth, and therefore doing what he couldn't do for his own planet. But I'm sure Goku will show up to the fight late like always, need everyone's help, and in the end, get all the credit as the one and only savior of earth
