Love it! I'm a huge Nightmare Before Christmas fan (and Tim Burton) so this pulls at everything I love. For me there's really something special with WDCC statues, the texture, the feel.... it's really my favorite execution among all companies.
Plus I got a 2013 calendar.

Maleficent Dragonkind - Gentle Giant 235/1000

Amazing piece and presence! I got it for a good price so I'm very happy with it. I don't really care about the two other dragons in the line but I had to get this one and never really got to it until I just saw it in a store in Paris and got reminded of it.
Sleeping Beauty is one of my favorite Disney movies (I'm a huge fan) artistically (I even bought a big Evyind Earle art book) and I've always loved Maleficent in both human and dragon form so this is a treat.

I know Lady Fremen will enjoy this

Sadly I can't take more because all my statues are boxed up in the garage until I get my display shelves built.
i just took the statue out to make sure it wasn't broken and then put it back in the box. And Sally especially has lots of pointy ends with the trees and all so I don't want to risk damage.

That specific one isn't too pricey really, I managed to snag it for ~$200 but if you're talking about getting into WDCC full blown then..... yeah

Garfield Statue 447/500 - Factory Entertainment

Eat, sleep, beat up Odie. Rinse and repeat
I love me some Garfield and I had to get this statue once I saw it but I just couldn't justify spending $400 on it. Thankfully Factory Entertainment had a 50% black Friday sale so I jumped. If I'm honest the execution isn't flawless at all and I'd say retail is way overpriced for what it is. Still it's a fun statue and when it comes to Garfield there aren't many alternatives.
The statue is pretty big and the base is massive! It comes with a plaque signed by Jim Davis but I left it wrapped for now. Also the mirror is functional but i left the protective film on it until I display the statue.

Yeah those prices are ridiculous and the statue isn't super detailed either, some might even say sloppy. I'll just say that if SSC had released it the forums would have lit up
