It just doesn't look real. When he falls over on his back he SHOULD have been knocked out cold. Notice his head and neck is lifted so that his head doesn't whip back and hit the floor. I call BS. Someone that drunk would have taken that fall and been knocked out cold. When you fall naturally your head snaps back. His didn't move.
