Do you think Walter would sell? Would most people that bought the Dude buy a Walter?

Just interested maybe something for me to feed back to Rainman after Alex :dunno

I know I would! It was the Dude AND Walter that made that movie a classic IMO.

Walter is awesome! I just wonder if it's still all about the Dude however

I don't find myself desperate for a Walter like I was the Dude

Saying that if the interest is there I dont see why not and I am sure I would have a hard time not getting it :lol

I would love a Walter in the vest outfit, with the Dog and the coffee can. Wouldn't sell AS well as Dude obviously, but I think if he made half as many alot of us would pick it up to complete the duo.

I know what you mean bud, of the pair, The Dude is the must have :exactly: But like you said there's no way I could pass up Walter!

I am a crazy huge fan of this film and I have no more interest in a Walter figure than I do Donnie, Quintana or The Stranger. These two aren't really a duo. For me, in the model of a postmodern Phillip Marlowe or Sam Spade, the Dude stands alone.

Walter is to the Dude as Dr. Gonzo is to Raoul Duke.

As a figure not necassary, but every bit as integral to the stories.

Their like the Blues Brothers, both have an equal hand in the mayhem and chaos, especially in Walter's case.

I am with you and Marf that he made the film just not essential for my shelf

The Dude does stand alone for me also

At first blush I could see how they'd be seen as a Batman and Robin or Harold and Kumar or Blues Brothers team. And while there are "buddy" elements to the story I don't think that's accurate. I think Walter is more akin to Renault in Casablanca or Sallah in Raiders. The focus is clearly on The Dude alone.

I hear you buddy. I am beyond thankful that The Dude was made and would be totally content to have him solo on my shelf. I just know that if Walter was made, I would not be able to resist :)

It would be quite a feat to make a body suitable for Walter.

Would love to see him done, but can't say I would be able to afford him also.

I think the important thing to remember here is Raoul Duke... on the list... I have my attorneyyyyyy....

With me.

And I realise his name is not on that list, but we must have this figure. Whats the score here?
