thanks. i tried. )
happier with the figure every day. no bad sides already are seen, only good ones. a great improvement over MMS117 and forget i ever said anything opposite.
as for the "age", it seems to fully depend on light direction.
yes it does look younger in overall light, but, as T-800s from T1 and T2 were supposed to look absolutely similar in the first place, including "age"... no problem.
well thank you people but i just repeated some movie angles and lights, so all credit must go to Cameron
...and to HT sculptors who didn't produce THAT:

Thanks for that reminder. Now that barely looks like Arnie, and I might have considered it a step-down from MMS117 as some people seem to think the one we got is.
imagine HT thinking now: "we didn't give them what we promised, let's work harder on BD version and return to THAT"THAT is the reason I wasn't excited about this figure until in hand pics dropped!
Whoops. My bad then. I'm sure it's based on opinion.
no prob..mate..I'll do the mod for the eyes too
here we go with pics..
I have mod the head about the same sushi did..but for the most I pushed that horrible wide ears

That looks great. You've got rid of the Enterbay effect of ''too sticky outty' hair on the back of his head - another minor downgrade on the DX10 other than the neck.
Do you have any pics of how you shaved down the removeable hair-piece? I'd love to try it at some point. I know Sushi pioneered this one but I think he took it a bit too far - you nailed it though.
If that were the case, then people would not be complaining on this very board that T2 was less bulky than T1, pointing out that the muscle body of MMS 117 was inaccurate.
Either they're both young and bulky or T2 should be less buffed and display Arnie's age.
I've glued the hairpiece to the head, because I can reach the pers system with my finger easly..better than that supertight joystick..
I 've cut about 2 mm and can you see the seam cut line is invisible...I was very afraid about that but I got a good result..
^ saw that coming.
It was pretty much asked for
^ saw that coming.
Ah, of course. You're using the DX head on the MMS body and have therefore also removed the interior part with the balljoint on it.
What tool did you use to perform the cut?
I feel ashamed to write this ....
a simply foot nails scissor for the hair piece
for the wrinckle I used a screwdriver covered with a thin cloth
What, what. What are you guys talking about cutting?
Sounds about as amateur as me 'colouring in' the saddlebags on my Harley with a black marker! But it worked, in both our cases.
yes sound weird but sometimes weird ways works better, than pro ways
I've done some pratice with my leon headplay head (now is completely riuned )but for the t2 it worked well
