Re: Hot Toys - DX10 - Terminator 2 - T-800 Cyberdyne - Official Specs & Pics

Well *cracks knuckles*

For T2:

-Arrival (naked DX10)
-Galleria (Rosebox)
-Pescadero escape
-Garage (chip reset scene)
-Uncle Bob (Enrique's camp)
-Man or Machine (endo-arm)
-Cyberdyne (mini-gun)
-Cyberdyne (M-79)
-Harley-rider (Standard Truetype with padding, MMS clothes, NECA head)
-Custom full BD T-800 (CREGcustoms)

waiting to complete: 2nd Galleria T-800 for hand-to-hand battle with T-1000, 'Our gang goes to Cyberdyne' T-800 loaded up with bags and gasoline cannister (the one that P. has done, I'm copying him :D)

For T1:

-Arrival (naked Dutch body with T1 head, needs feet though)
-Tech Noir (Uzi)
-Tech Noir (.45 Longslide)
-BD Tech Noir (shotgun)
-Arm surgery
-Eye surgery
-Movie poster
-Promo photo (combo of movie looks, the 'teapot' pose!)

Also have 2 other nudes that may just end up being Arrival scene alternates, I dunno

Especially the "*cracks knuckes*" was awesome.
But also was needed with your mass of customs, Andrew.
:lol

Went on the wait list yesterday and it converted today :yess:

o_O

I was on it for a month. Must have been mine since I cancelled it several days ago.

Re: Hot Toys - DX10 - Terminator 2 - T-800 Cyberdyne - Official Specs & Pics

I dread too think what condition the figures are in for those who have got a converted waitlist. I had a returned one sent out to me and it was in very bad condition, and they told me I couldn't exchange it as they had no replacements! yet peoples waitlists are been converted.....strange!

i've got my fingers crossed for those of you who are having figures sent to you from sideshow!

The figures available for sale are a different batch to those used as replacements. This is what Sideshow told me when I wanted to replace a figure (DX12), as they wouldn't replace mine either due to no replacements available, but the figure was in stock on their website at the time.

They usually have a certain amount set aside for returns and once that well dries up, there are no more replacements left. They also told me they don't send out a returned figure and pass it off as new, and aren't actually allowed to do this, as this was a concern of mine as well.

Those who are getting their waitlists converted are either people who have cancelled one on flex pay, or Sideshow may have gotten a few more in stock from Hot Toys.

what they say and what they actually do are two separate things. Sideshow send out returned items - FACT!!

Imagine if the T-1000 had removed the chip instead of Sarah....

Very cool pictures Papasmoak, but I would imagine that T2 would have been a dud of a movie with Arnie sitting in a chair for 2 hours. :lol

DUDE... paper towel with blood... sick... wish I though of it sick...

I guess the T1000 would program the T800 to be his b*t*h...

Then the 5 terminators above would have to be sent.... to face the T1000 and his b*t*h T800

anyway nice shots man... fun like this is why I check the thread!:clap

Re: Hot Toys - DX10 - Terminator 2 - T-800 Cyberdyne - Official Specs & Pics

Cool shots. The T-1000 could have finished off the T-800 if he'd removed his chip in the steel mill. He could have done it by fashioning his hand into whatever tool he needed. Would have been a bad ending to the film of course.

Not trying to argue or defend Sideshow, you very well could be right, but how do you know this is is true, and actual fact, and not just speculation?

Now get your cameras out...more shots!

the T-1000 could have finished off the T-800 during the first encounter by turning into a big blob, swallowing T-800 inside, pouring into his eye sockets / chest holes, cutting all inside wires, smashing eye cameras and finally cracking the chip.

that potential scenario fail was partially used in T4 when T-800 was stopped by a giant portion of melted metal.
imagine it was not just metal.
