I don't believe anyone sells just the hair piece, so DA is right you will have to buy another head or you could just go for the chip removal scene and your all good.

Yeah that sucks man, I lost his microchip & cap but you can buy them quite cheap on ebay. I think if you cant find it then you might have to get a whole new head or just recreate the scene where he is having the chip removed.
