I'm wondering though how many of those new controllers that the console can handle at once, since it has to stream the game.

Battlefield 3 on Wii-U.
Can you imagine playing a shooter with that controller though? The right thumbstick is above the face buttons, and it's as large as a tablet.

I know it was only a demonstration video, but the music sounded a lot like what you'd hear in Okami.
It probably is, they just don't have anyone developing anything new for it. Except for the Lego game, everything is games that are coming out for other consoles long before it comes out for this new console. Considering how few details they actually gave about it, I think they've announced this too early.

You might be able to wirelessly connect another controller, and just use the U as a regular home console. At least, that's a feature that I hope they'll include.

I can't believe how confusing all of that was. Did they really confirm anything other than a system is coming? Were the trailers actual graphics? Will this convert old Wii games to HD? What is the price? What is the release window?

Their conference was poorly structured. They barely showed the actual console but instead focused on the controller.

They should have just called it the WiiHD.
So now the main guy with EA is saying that the 360, PS3, and PC versions of the game were shown yesterday and that they just didn't mention which was which. I'm calling BS though. There would be no reason not to say which it was.
