Yeah, pretty lame conference. Nothing totally new that we didn't know about Natal/Kinect (didn't even reveal pricing), only 1 new IP, and no real surprises outside of the console redesign.
I'm also against a company swaying journalists with expensive gadgets. It's practically paid coverage. But whatever.

Worst Microsoft E3 conference ever.No new games (all were anounced before), no innovations (just the same Nintendo game ideas from 3 years ago), very few live demos (the kinect stuff was probably prerecorded to an extent) just money for timed exclusives and free xbox to the audience...These were the same guys that accused Nintendo of forgeting hardcore gamers?The nerd guy learning to dance was Miyamoto and Wii music level of embarassment (and I thought I saw that when he moved his right leg, the avatar moved its left) .Kojima went on stage to announce another guy.The girl with the tiger demo was acting like it felt the tiger licking her.

Surely they would have had a mention?
They have been showing the new Xbox up close.
And I have to say it looks nice.
I'm not sure how it lays flat, it must have some small rubber stands I can't see, but with a built in power supply and wi-fi, I might get it with a Kinect bundle

Almost nothing in Kinect was for the casual gamer either. It's all "me-too" Wii stuff. Where's that virtual kid from last year? The Minority Report UI?

Think there will be any new game reveals/announcements at EA and Ubisoft's press conferences? Those are coming up next today. Not sure if I can watch. might just follow updates on my phone.
