I guess there is a small chance they will be bought out and someone will continue their lines? Although seeing their mess of the enterprise D, it might be best not to prolong those collectors' suffering

There goes the chances of the AT-AT and Star Destroyer then. What a shame. Hope existing customers orders are fulfilled or compensated.

That would be De Agostini. Eaglemoss does Star Trek and some other sci-fi and superhero licenses along with some big model car kits.

So Eaglemoss currently went into insolvency/bankruptcy. So it seems no more models from them. My preorders worth 260 EUR probably lost.

So if you want some of their ships, better get them from whoever has them in stock, with high probability there will be no more.

Wow! Not good news for those heavily invested in those piece-meal builds (glad I didn’t pull the trigger on the Enterprise D build).

I own a small collection of their ship models, I found there was a lot of hit and miss in terms of quality of their product. Their customer service was also atrocious IMO, it took me over 9 months to get a claim resolved for a defective shipment.

I had preordered the Serenity XL ship from them, wish I had waited and just ordered from Sideshow since I've heard now how bad their CS is ordering direct.

Yeah, I also have Serenity XL, plus Rocinante XL, Romulan Warbird XL plus facehugger ordered from them. Still hoping some of them have been produced and maybe they will at least try to send something (wishful thinking).

This is serious blow even for DeAgostini. Who will start completing something, knowing how Eaglemoss ended, not sure model will be completed? Hoping DeAgostini could buy rest of Eaglemoss, take over some of their licenses and at least finish what they started.

While I understand the concerns, I personally never really saw the two as equals. I can’t be the only one. I felt comfortable potentially doing a subscription kit from De Agostini but not from Eaglemoss.

I’ve been tempted by some De Agostini kits and I would still be in for them, especially the ISS. But I have never seriously contemplated an Eaglemoss kit.

Eaglemoss always seemed like a bit of a mess. The few experiences I’ve had with them directly were awful. And De Agostini has been around for a lot longer (1901 vs 1975).

The Enterprise D kit just didn't look very good, pretty expensive for what you got.
It’s leaves much to be desired from what I see from those documenting the build on YouTube.

Gaps, terrible light bleed (to the point some have resorted to using putty) over complication in kit design, not to mention the shipping delays.

The thing should be perfect for the price they’re asking and should be powered by USB.

I agree, I was really hoping for a lot more Stargate ships - some of the designs are awesome.
Alas.... I should be happy that I have my Goa'uld Ha'tak

Alright, what stores are selling these still? I can't find my Voyager.. I know BBTS, Sideshow, TW, Amazon, even 3000toys.com. Anywhere else?

I would try ebay. Even though the prices there are increasing as the cheaper alternative (Eaglemoss) is gone. There is possibility that some company will purchase all the inventory of Eaglemoss and will start selling again in the future, but you cannot rely on that. There is some info about the current development in Eaglemoss, some companies are already said to purchase the Enterprise D construction business and other models, but so far no info about stand-alone ships.

You can follow the actual info here:

Looks like something is lurking around the corner. This just came to my mail.
