So I ordered a couple prints yesterday but still have no e-mail confirmation of my order, need for concern?

We are on the same boat then. But eFX offer international shipping on the posters ad you can order them directly through their website, so they should offer the same with props. Since there are no info on the Thor helmet neither the Mjornir so we will have to wait until October 6 to find out. But if you find a European distributor then please let me know. But if I find something then I will let you know. Hope we can help each other out on this and get what we want...

Why can't they be like SSC and ship internationally. They know that there are a lot of collectors out there that are willing to put their money on these products.

finally ordered one after waiting for these props for so long for 20 bucks with no shipping fee is a steal IMO. Hoping to get the cards if they aren't too expensive but definitely Cap's shield.

If you are from Japan how can you buy from eFX? They only ship to people in US.

So I hear... I'm actually kind of afraid of ordering some of those prop replicas and never hear about the items or the money I paid on them ever again. I can't believe the only company out there putting out products like this have this sort of customer service. We should start our own prop replica company.

They got back to me after a couple hours but the response still made no sense. They told me to check my online order history for the update which I had clearly stated in my first e-mail that I had looked at and that it hadn't changed since I placed my order.

After another e-mail, they said that their website only tracks Fed Ex shipments and the posters shipped USPS and they all shipped this weekend.

How can you run a business and not send e-mail communications on orders placed, when the status of your order changes or a tracking number? Terrible communication from these guys!

True that is why I am not too worried, the only reason I ordered through them was the free shipping and they said it was exclusive to them these posters, usually their props appear elsewhere like Redford Films, Entertainment Earth, and even Amazon that is where I bought my Luke Reveal saber from, since it was sold by them but fulfilled through Amazon I got all the usual Amazon emails immediately and fast shipping so if you can wait purchase the props from another vendor.

They are a company of maybe 6 people, possibly less now. When Amy left to start her own business the majority of cumminication and interaction went away.
