Word. I didn't order one of these, but I have a Biker Scout helmet on order and regretting even putting a deposit down on it just out of principle for how cruddy the Customer Service is. It will be my first and last purchase from efx. The license needs to go to a TEAM of people who can handle not only the product, but the care of their customers. I just don't conduct business with places set up like that and wasn't aware it was this bad when I did order.
I doubt it'll be for a while longer

I snagged a pre order on BBTS. Still haven't decided which I prefer the EFX or Kings Arts (obviously without in hand photos or actually having then it's nearly impossible) but either way if I don't like one I'll sell or return it. As long as I get my Cap shield!
