Jesus I got such a long wait for bbts and alter ego !!! If I had known these delays in advance I would have just said screw it and paid the $45 extra in CA tax

When do you estimate BBTS will get & ship their allotment? Mine is order from them too and it still says January. Even if this comes late Feb I'll need to cancel a bunch of crap with the 5-7 week delay via SSC.

That's part of the reason I prefer to just pay and get it over with. I've noticed there's too many "bundled" releases with stuff I'm interested in. I'll be staring at those pics until Tuesday.

I just think they'll keep making Cap shields forever now so there's probably no need to ever pay crazy prices. His standard iconic shield will never change in appearance...

Yea, there are a lot of companies with the marvel license. Avengers 2 and Cap 3 haven't even come out yet. I will prolly just end up canceling my order for this as I'm not 100% in love with the finish. I know it can be improved upon. There will defn be more in the future. Everybody just wants the first one released .

BBTS will probably only receive a handful this round, if any at all. The final batch is expected maybe April at the earliest. Of course these port delays is pushing everything back and it is still unresolved, so put your patience cap back on.

When it comes to eFx the patience cap is stitched to our heads, there's no removing it.

Granted that I'm in no rush getting this, I've been trying to save for it over the last couple months and I would say maybe these docking troubles are a blessing in disguise :wink:

I don't know much about theirs, but think folks thought metal would be much heavier then fiberglass, I think in the end, the weight will be very much the same. So it comes down to.....do you want a limited edition, true to form replica or an idealized version (quality still to be seen) ?
