eFX needs to stop messing around and release the AOU Thor hammer. I like the darker leather grip.

Yea, indeed. But it still directs collectors towards the existing one. So I can't complain about that. :)

I am doubtful that we will see a new version coming from eFX.

My friend recently asked me to buy his Efx shield once it arrives. He needs the cash now and I'm impatient. So ill be getting one from this batch this week. I will be dropping one , only one of my bbts orders! First pm I get I will tell the person the exact time I will be dropping it.

Man, forget eFx. Even if they were to make this hammer we wouldn't see being shipped for another 5 years. These Avengers props were announce in the beginning of 2012! It is now 2015 and the IM Helmet is nowhere to be seen.

I'm thankful we now have companies like King Arts and Lager Toys. We can get great props in a timely manner. Here's hoping we can get this new hammer as well as some other gems like Starlord's helmet and gun from them.

BTW, there is a guy in Australia that custom makes hammers for $400 bucks. They rival the eFx one in quality. Here's some pictures to prove:

Got my shield today. It is AWESOME. Wish it had a better wall mount but I love the shield!!

Just got mine today. No. 0035 of 1500 is in the house :yess: Here are some photos taken from my Galaxy Note 3 phone camera. Not as good as a DSLR but it's getting late. So just a few quick shots.

When I first opened the box and started to remove the shield from its layers of protective bagging and saw the shinyness of the front of the shield, honestly if you didn't tell me it was made of something else other than metal, I probably wouldn't even know LOL. Because of its heftiness and thickness, it could have passed for a dull metallic alloy. The outer surface looked spectacular! The ridges or gap in between the coloured sections looks very good. The rotating painting process definitely does a fantastic job mimicking spun aluminum texturing. The only thing I noticed was that the back of the shield did not have the same consistency in the texturing as the front of the shield. However, most people would be looking at the front of the shield for display anyways. So no biggie.

As for those who were asking about the thickness of the shield, I measured the edge with a ruler since I too was curious about this dimension. It is exactly 12mm or about 1/2" thick. So it is pretty solid and hefty.

Hope the rest of you guys won't have to wait too much longer.

Thanks for the additional pics... unfortunately, for me, I am leaning more and more to King Arts.
Their shield just looks more defined and finished better.

Plus, the stand... so much nicer than that wall bracket efx came up with.

That's the Kings Arts 1/4 statue/ power charger. It will charge your phone as well as look bad@$$ !

looks way nice, but i dont care about phone charger and the price is way overpriced $550 on bbts

got ss winter soldier ex on preorder for $400, ill stick with that one

Well, the reviews are in, looks like the EFX version is a solid product that buyers are happy with.
eFX maintains their quality once again and like the Thor hammer, value only goes higher!

I had no idea these have been selling for like $200 over retail the last couple of weeks. Good to know just in case I don't like what I see in hand.

LOL, some earlier paid over $1000, not sure if they actually followed through. $200 pretty much eats up the fees to sell them on ebay.
