It is smaller. I would wait for a few other collectors to get it in hand. I am pretty skeptical of the 15 1/2 length. I have seen this piece up close and held it at a Disney marketing meeting. Unless they changed it from the prototype and made it bigger,(which is possible...a lot can happen in the years between an EFX prototype and release...see how I said "years"...lol) It was only 13" in length. This piece was first shown back in 2009, let that sink in for a while while you wait for the Scout helmet. The Bandai is a bit over 19" in length and that is a production piece. So it is smaller either way, even if they did make it bigger.

Unfortunately I can't say for sure, as I'm just asking other people to measure the piece. If more pop up on facebook I can ask them to measure it as well. Unless someone here gets theirs first. I do hope it's 15 1/2inches, as that's still a decent size for me. 13 would be getting a bit too small.

QMX will be over $2K I’m sure. Probably somewhere between 3-5K if there Milano is something to go off of.

The version that I saw up close at NYCC last week looked closer to a foot in length than 15". The bandai perfect grade, which was also on exhibit at NYCC, is considerably larger.

Also this is a photo which Sergiu posted on rebelscum. This photo provides some insight as to efx mf's scale next to the mug and bottle.

Ok, so he got back to me. He went and measured it and says it's 40cm long, which is 15 1/2 inches. He said it's definitely bigger than 33cm, which is the 13 inches listed by EFX. But obviously not as big as the 19 inches listed on Sideshow. I wish it was slightly bigger, but I'm still planning to pick one up.

I remember when this piece was first teased, now here we are in 2017 and now it comes out. I couldn't remember what year it was I knew was in my second or third year of collecting I was shocked when I found out it was that long ago.
