I've had to stop playing on PS3 since 1.02. The main issues for me -

- Graphics Resolution being reduced, the game doesn't look that good anymore
- Dragon glitch, all dragons I encounter are the backward flying kind and can't be killed it seems

Also the magic resistance being gone is not game breaking, but still really annoying now that an adept conjurer can kill me in a few seconds with shock or fire spells.

Bethesda has great games, but after New Vegas and now this, I'm really going to think hard about buying another one of their games. Too many issues take the fun out of playing these games.

Wow you are having real bad issues. Really none for me.

Obsidian made FO:Vegas.
But yeah the pattern has been the same since the release of Oblivion.
Release a buggy game and then slowly release patches of varying effectiveness over months letting the customers simmer. The only real solution is to wait a year for all the fixes and DLC to come out then start. But that takes more patience than most Elder Scrolls fans have.
Played FO:Vegas like that and it was very satisfying and that thing used to be a bug fest.

Morrowind had a lot more bugs in it than Oblivion did ....the biggest difference there was they made no attempt to fix most of them :D

Skyrim was almost bug free considering its size...its bizarre that its the patch itself that has now created more problems than it solved.

But generally I'm a lot more forgiving of Bethesda'a games than I would be others, given their enormous size.

If you release a 10 hour linear game it should have little to no bugs.
If you release a 200 hour sandbox RPG then unless you stay in beta for a year with thousands of people, you're just not going to catch everything - especially in Elder Scrolls which is really specifically designed for the player to mess with and see what they can get away (including purposely breaking things and performing in ways the designers didn't envision)

But it sucks for those at the moment that have to wait for a repatch to continue playing. Sympathies there!

Well if you go into third person sometimes you will see an arrow stuck in you and it wont go away no matter wht you do, save, heal yourself and so on. When this happens the only thing that makes them disappear is to get shot more. Sometmes l have to wonder and find someone to shoot me just so the other arrows will disappear. I don't play in third person (for fighting), but usually do for just wondering around.

Yeah its not a bug, dude.
That has been present since Morrowind and is just meant to be a sign of battle ...though it can look bizarre if you're walking around town in first person and there is an arrow clean through your head :D

I haven't seen one stay indefinitely. Generally after [X] amount of hours they disappear, generally on long distance fast travels, sleeping, or yes, in another fight.

did enyone here finish the game yet?

I am lvl 29 now.

I am working so hard to get dragon armor. almost there and it looks so sick.

which set the ones that use both dragon bones and scales or just the scales. im using the scale ones and have them enchanted for magic regeneration and increase magic

i havent even touch the main quest lines. 50+ hours just side questing :rock

holy ____ ! dragon invasion.

is that a glitch?

I saw a backward flying dragon last nite. i got so close and he never attacked me. he was stuck in mid air the hole time. got my shout from the pillar and tresure and walked away. they better fix all the bugs soon.
its breaking the experience of the game for me.

Is that no issues with the update Evilface? I haven't played my copy of Skyrim on my Xbox 360 since the update came out. I'd rather install it, than not install the update. Let me know. Thanks!

20 hours in and having a great time with this one.......bugs have been minor. I look like the headless horsemen half the time if I equip a mask, but looks cool

Question that's bugging me: every time I talk to an NPC, first thing out of their mouth is, 'man, you look TIRED' or 'are you sure you are ALRIGHT?'

Now, I must have the most rested character in Skirim - I sleep all the time, yet always am told I am tired. Anything to worry about that may affect combat?

You need to go to a shrine to heal yourself. :lecture

In probably close to 100 hours of playing, I have not had my character sleep even once. :lol
