We preordered with TFAW and they do not let you cancel preorders. So I'm not paying for two and returning the one because I am that lazy, so I just fume not so silently.

Yes we preordered the Dark Willows from TFAW and BuffyGirl sent them an email asking where our orders were and they basically told her 'we don't know and aren't really going to try hard to find out'. So here I am stuck waiting.
