The box is actaully quite small and light. the box is very wide but also thin. Kinda like a hot toys predator 12" figure's box. Only maybe slightly larger.

That sounds more like it. I expect to pay just a little more than that.

That would explain the los shipping cost.

I honestly have no idea. I know that quite a few people canceled, but as people start receiving theirs, and pics show up, it may be that some who were thinking of canceling might change their minds. And, of course, others will add their names to the wait list as well.

I'd say you should go for it, but I'm biased (as I sit here looking at mine standing right next to my computer). Even if it converts, and you have buyer's remorse, you have at least 24 hours to cancel. Heck, I've had wait lists convert on in stock items, and canceled them the day after the conversion was complete, and still had no problems.
