I am not a huge Elvis fan but a decent 1:1 bust with sound for 60 bucks? I had to give it a try.

Okay, I e-mailed Pix. Not that it's anyone elses business, but I mailed the item he bought. I am willing to work this out with him.

But where the Hell is all the "why is he even allowed here" crap coming from? There was a problem with one 10 dollar item - WHICH I MAILED OUT - and 2 items purchases which I had to pull out from due to my move. Maybe I missed something over the last 2 months ... I can understand if there is some resentment about the purchases I backed out of, but how the Hell do I get labeled a thief? Does all my previous Karma not amount to anything in my defense? I have sold/bought 1000's of dollars in items here, and you people are trying to turn me into scab for a 10 dollar item?

This happened to me too... I shipped Doug two figures in exchange for an Aragorn and a few Buffy figs...

First he said he was going to be delayed, and so I waited. For a long time. I contacted him a few months later and asked about it. He said he shipped it all months earlier...

I said I didn't get anything, so he said he would send me his extra Aragorn and call it even. I agreed. I have since waited another couple of months... nothing.

I just let it go. I lost out 2 figures, but I just assumed he was hitting hard times or something....

Doug, I know it's been a while since I contacted you... Mainly because I was doing my best to be nice and not hound you about it. But a loooong time ago we made a deal. I traded you two figures, Medi Jack Sparrow and SPR Hanks customs for a few Buffy figs and Aragorn... which you said got lost in the mail..

And later we decided that you would send me an Aragorn only, to settle our deal... I agreed... Nothing ever came, no further correspondence. And I really just forgot about it and let it go, until I saw the thread with other people talking about being duped by deals with you. It reminded me and I added to the festivities...

I don't know why you haven't cleared everything up, I know if I noticed a thread with my name in it... calling me out for being late on repaints or something... I would respond and do my best to make it right.

You haven't done that at all, you've left us all hanging. Some you have fixed the deals with, but I still feel like I got really screwed over. You got two figures from me, basically for free.

I don't know how two boxes could be "lost" while being sent to me. Especially from the same person. Seems a bit suspect.

Look. It was my understanding that the issue with DA was closed/over. I mailed the items out, the tracking said they were delivered. DA said that they "must of got lost in the mail" - his words. I offered to send him my personal Aragorn - I traded him an extra I bought in a set - but I didn't have the 2 Buffy figures. He said not to worry about it. Then, there was no more contact. That was over 2 months before I made my move. I haven't been hiding out these last few months. I haven't had time to do more than peep in once and awhile. The only reason I have time now is we are set up and out for Summer Break at the school I work at. I emptied my mailbox earlier in the month and there was nothing from DA - it was full of complaints from the 2 or 3 people I pulled out of purchases with. I am sorry for that, but I needed the money for unexpected moving related issues.

I still am willing to send DA the Aragorn. It's boxed up since I gave up on the LOTR figures. But, I didn't realize there still was an issue. I have had problems with a few late shipments in my time here, but everyone has gotten there stuff save this. I don't see why I get vilified for one bad trade.
