If im' not mistaken i think that ti's a 4 way spandex and the paint is just textile paint.
But i might be wrong!

Not into comics and don't really know who this guy is but seen some images on google and like what you've come up with.

What body are you using and what are the tattoos?

Reminds me a bit of max cady from cape fear,ever thought about making him?
I would love that psycho in my collection and would be great fun to do the tattoos.
Might give it a go if I can find a good head sculpt of deniro.
