Zach W. hereby declares that, in the event of his winning the lottery, the person using the handle of "batfan08" on the forums featured at sideshowcollectors.com will receive the "Bane" custom figure posted on January 5, 2012 by the user known as Elvis1976 aka Seb on page 1,216(default settings) at 9:17 AM (Pacific time), unless, by some miracle at the hands of god, a better version is created by Elvis1976 aka Seb. In such a case, the figure will be presented to the user known as batfan08, and the aforementioned "Bane" custom figure will be presented to whosoever is second in line to recieve it. In the event of any even better Bane's being created at the hands of Elvis1976 aka Seb, the user known as "batfan08" will have his version replaced, and it will proceed down the line to the second in line, who will then pass his version on to the third in line. This process shall be repeated in the event of any and all superior versions of "Bane" based upon his portrayal in the film The Dark Knight Rises. Note: alternate costumes do not denote superior figures; you will not find any loopholes here. Any and all variants will also go to the user known as "batfan08," and they will be passed down in a similar fashion to the standard version, with "batfan08" recieving the latest and greatest version, and the rest being passed down.
