Here's a new Penguin i'm working on for quiet some time now.

Even if HT announced the retruns franchise, I told myself what the heck.

the tailoring on that outfit is amazing. mrs bontemps? this looks fantastic. even if HT do theirs, they never weather things too well. look forward to seeing the head painted up.
