if this was a SNL skit = funny
if this was a MAD TV skit = funny
if this was staged with someone who agreed to it = funny

placing your rear and junk in Eminem's face without their agreement =

absolutely ^^^^ing priceless.

Trash, loser, douche, whatever. I just think that putting your balls in another man's face unwarranted is just a human violation. If Cohen is so funny, why not insult him with words? And if we follow the guise of "he deserves that", then what does Cohen deserve?

A medal.

This wasn't staged. You think Eminem would agree to having a man's ass stuck in his face on live television? Really? And risk it being discovered that he agreed to allow 'Bruno' to practically shove his crotch in his mouth? That he invited it? Yeah right.

This was awesome. He feels violated? ^^^^ him.

So it looks like many of us were on the right track. Here's a new article.

From Yahoo News:

Brüno Bottoms Out at MTV Movie Awards

"....A source tells E! Online's Marc Malkin that the rapper was aware that Brüno would be falling on him—but not while wearing a butt-baring thong. And though Eminem stormed out of the Gibson Amphitheatre, the hip-hop star didn't leave; he hung out in his trailer until the show was nearly done."

Sorry to bring this back up. :monkey3 But at least many of us can finally sleep now. :lol

Hugs, Eli?

That move is easy. When I go to the SDCC I'll choke out some freaks. If they're small, wirey and can sprawl it may take some time because they usually have lots of stamina and are hard to catch. But if it's a big man I'll take my time until he tires out and then when it's time I'll go ahead and put him in a figure four choke hold with my legs since he may have a larger fat neck.

I would b on the bigger end but I do have good stamina, lots of cardio. Should be a good run! :lol

What does Eminem have to gain? He can only lose "street cred" doing something like this. Maybe he is trying to change his image into a carefree, funny kind of guy?

...when I see guys like Farrell and Jim Carrey actlike like 3 year olds I just don't laugh at it..
You act like a 3-Year-Old when you're playing and things don't go your way. Temper Tantrum!! :lol

People who find this crap funny probably like "Raising Arizona" too. Freaking terrible movies.
You're officially dead to me. WTF do you find funny?

:horror Dude!!!! Raising Arizona is a frigin classic man! That film is genius, jeez at least respect it for its originality. :huh
:

Anyone who hates Raising Arizona clearly has no brain.
Big Lebowski is just epic, I can't think of another movie that I could watch so many times and not hate it.
To the above three posts:

:lecture :rock :lecture :rock :lecture

Well, IMO SNL has not been any good since the original cast all left.

when I see guys like Farrell and Jim Carrey actlike like 3 year olds I just don't laugh at it. It's not even mildly funny to me. It just reeks of kids looking for attention. That's my opinion on it. I call their movies "stupid humor" movies. I just find nothing funny about them. It's not that I don't "get it". It's more that I just don't find it funny in the least.

The stupidity is what I find to be funny. But I know many people (my wife included) who do not find that kind of stupidity to be funny.

It just so happens that I find it to be hilarious.

Not so much. That article still leaves loose ends. And apparently bare ones as well.

So glad this happened, I cant stand M&M.

Awwwwwww.......don't be hatin'! :lol

Yup.. Here's a longer version:

On Sunday night, when Sacha Baron Cohen's alter-ego Bruno descended from the rafters and landed fanny-first on Eminem's head, most folks figured that the rapper's rage was the real deal. Suckers! Not only was Eminem in on the joke, he and Baron Cohen rehearsed it to make sure it would all go according to plan.

Suspicions over the legitimacy of "butt-gate" had been brewing for days, but it wasn't until a writer for the MTV Movie Awards confessed that we all knew for sure. On his blog, head writer Scott Aukerman wrote that the incident was staged. "They rehearsed it at dress (rehearsal) and yes, it went as far as it did on the live show." Wow. Let it never be said that Eminem isn't a team player.
According to the New York Daily News, Eminem wasn't Baron Cohen's first choice for the joke. That honor, which was tragically declined, went to Paris Hilton. Just imagine the buzz had that happened. Still, Eminem did a great job of selling the stunt considering he "may not have been briefed on just how naked Baron Cohen's flying 'Bruno' would be when he agreed." What a pro.
Even before the writer's admission that the crash landing was planned, the searches had a suspicious slant. Throughout Monday, lookups on " was the eminem bruno stunt staged" and "eminem bruno joke" posted strong gains. Blogs, like this one from the Chicago Tribune, raised the possibility that the audience had just been played.
Now that the joke has been confirmed, queries are surging on "bruno eminem fake stunt." We'd say we feel used, but we're too busy laughing.

I just read this a few hours ago on Yahoo! I can't believe it was COMPLETELY staged. Well, I was wrong!!!!!

And my hat goes off to Enimem and Sacha for pulling off an unbelievable show!!! I can't believe that took it to that level and made it seem so believable. :clap (The clap is for the two, especially Eminem, being such good sports about the whole thing.)

They should have kept us in the dark like Andy Kaufman's Letterman "moment" with Jerry the king Lawler.

If Cohen did that to Paris Hilton she would've stuck her face right in there and blubbered! :lol
