Is it just the angle?

Does he look/feel the right size/proportion for the rest of the 1/4's?

The blue light in the overhead part of the throne casts great shadows over the Emperor. Very nice, I will have mine soon.

This is a horrible picture and the outfit hasn't been posed the way I want yet, but this piece is an incredible PF. Zero regrets buying this awesome piece. The EX head is the way to go for me.
