I don't think so, since he never shot the lightning from the throne...I wonder if the lightsaber is the exclusive since we've never seen it before and its something that per SSC's usual exclusive criteria could be done without for the standard edition.

I know SS is doing another Vader p.f. later on too, the Emperor and Vader could be an awesome set-up.
