Yes, there are a ton of 1/6 Nien's that come up on eBay in the UK, all with that oversized zipper red jumpsuit (I think its Action Man.) Actually, just checked and sure enough there's one on now...

If the profile & back look like this, it is the mod I did a few years back

Is this head available? If I can find some more bits, I'm considering doing another Nien soon, would be nice to know I can just grab this head.

I seeming recall Dorgs picking his up on ebay already made into a figure & cast the head.I never saw his other than in pics.It was maybe a few months later I came across one locally & went to work on it.
And Yes,it is a very nice sculpt & is proportioned perfectly for a 1/6 NN. Wookiepedia has him measuring in at 1.6 meters(approx 5' 3") Converted to 1/6 scale, you're looking at 26.7cm or 10-1/2"

I'll need to pull it out of my parts bin and compare, but I think it was the one Dorgs got that was already sculpted on the back end.

These skiff guard weapons are FREAKING AWESOME!!!

Somebody was wanting to see the weapon being held by a figure so here you go..
