Yep-That be the thread.
I can't believe that was ever my work bench. Looking at it now reminds me of Fred Sanfords front yard.

I guess you could say the brain juice is an illusion. The brain itself is suspended from the top half by the spinal cord(aka wire in the brain sculpt). The lower half of the ball, I painted the inside with Tamiya clear red. The parting line/break in the ball halves serves as the height or level of what would appear to be the liquid it should have. So in a nutshell, the top half is clear, the bottom is transparent red, & the brain just floats there in the middle.
With that, that application might could work with your Jabba bowl & just have its contents just laying in it. But you seem on the right path at the moment with using the clear resin.
