With the chance of ordering up to 4 of each figure just from Sideshow, I don't think so. I think they could be quite high if not just as high as the other SW figures released.
Maybe, but do you really think there are more than a few people who will be willing/able to spend $720 + shipping (the cost of 2 bundles plus 2 individuals of each figure) on army builders?

I've seen people with an army of Medicom and Marmit Stormtroopers, so I'd say there are people willing to do this. I doubt many will with Endor troopers though.

I'm definitely in for a bundle. Can't wait to get off work tomorrow to get my order in.

Wow!

Really pleased that I'll be able to get all three of these from Forbidden Planet at a cheaper cost than if i'd ordered them from SSC.

Well done Sideshow!

I love Domestic Exclusives!!!!!!!!!

Now I'm definitely getting all three of them!

Never. And I mean NEVER. Ever. In a million years. Underestimate Star Wars army builders.

First clone/storm trooper that gets released, could sell 20,000 pieces imo and a couple years later be among the hardest sideshow figures to find.

They released 10,000 of the Dr No Bond figure, and I've seen it sell for $150 on the secondary market.

Yeah, I've seen an army of the Medi VCD stormtroopers, and that was before SS caried them, meaning they went for more like $100 is or more each. Army building is a disease, but it does primarily stick to Clones and Stormtroopers, so I don't know if it will transfer to these as well.

$179 for the Endor Rebel Commando. That's nearly $250 with shipping and taxes for those living in the EU. $250 for secondary characters... masterly made, but still secondary characters. Sorry Sideshow, this madness is getting to expensive for me. My days as a completist are over!

I'm still sitting on the fence on this. I may just end up picking up the exclusives only, since those will be the rare ones to find later in the future.

I will most definately be ordering these. Whether I keep them or not is still to be seen and will depend on a number of factors. I'm not thrilled that you save absolutely no money, other than shipping (whoopdi f'n dooo) by ordering all three. I'd expect them to at least take like $10 off the bundle. And the gift card means virtually nothing to me because anything they still have in stock can probably be found for much cheaper on the secondary market.

I'm not into army building either but I'm getting these for my collection. I'll take savings where I can get it. Shipping or overall cost.

I'm very excited to see what accessories the're coming with. I plan on only picking up the infantry figure, which will most likely be from a retailer.

I'm wondering... IS there an army builder on this board?

I've only made small squads (like for clone troopers) in the Hasbro 3" line. I won't be buying multiples of the rebels though. Just one of each.

and he don't collect Star Wars dollies ... :lol

I am really glad that Sideshow is offering these in a bundle, it helps alleviate some of the pre-order anxiety, and it saves on shipping. Cool bonus to get these guys early too. I'll probably do this for every trooper style offered, even though I am not much of an army builder, I like the possibilty for variety in terms of a display. The gift card isn't much of a reward, since almost everything I buy from Sideshow is a pre-order, and well sold out by the time it hits in-stock status, but it does allow me to get something outside of my usual collecting avenues cheap!

I'm actually thinking of using it to get some stands - but get them shipped with one of my pre-orders.......
