You know, Timo, a bear doesn't always make in the delicacy... Please don't pay too much attention to my nonsense... They are not of a very big interest.
But if it can enlighten you:

"English" version:
A ill-licked bear (= uncouth fellow, in french) must know how to look after its image!

"Original" version:
Un ours mal léché (= un rustre, en français) se doit de soigner son image!

"German" version:
Ein Bär leckte schlecht (= Ein Grobian, in französischer Sprache) muss für sein Bild Pflege!

those sayings you put through the translator don´t make much sense anymore now THANKS to the translator.
