I guess the Combat editions had the most 'imperfection' issues after seeing some pics. Now that I took a good look at mine, I take back what I said, it is not 100% straight, its slightly leaning to the right but its not visible at first glance - you'd have to stare at it for a while to notice its little flaws. I wish it was as perfect as the prototype, but that can never happen. The only complaint I'd give to Sideshow would be the mouth pneumathics, mine are slightly curved, when they should be straight - something must have gone wrong in the molding process i think. Is that the same with some of you ppl?

I haven't noticed it on any of mine...
but I know some people have had their endos leaning slightly.

If it bugs you, I'm sure you can get a replacement from Sideshow.

This sucks... I hate replacing such a huge thing for such a small thing. Damn you Sideshow!

No problems of any kind on my bust. If yours is leaning you should get a replacement from SS or the AD you bought it from, I'm sure they'll help.

I have the Icons.
Definitely my favorite Terminator.

I ordered the Combat version on backorder via FlexPay and put myself on the wait list for the clean one.

awesome! that means mine should be coming from cornerstore pretty soon. sweeet!

going to do the nail polish remover treatment to him?

Not sure about nail polish. Last night, I talked to friend that works at an autobody shop and he said that could be really harmful to the chrome after a period of time if it isn't cleaned off properly. I'm gonna take the bust into his work and they can maybe clean it for me.

I really like the battle damaged one. Although the chrome is very clean looking. That added black paint makes it look meaner. Whichever one i get i will be happy i am sure.:banana

i'd be interested to hear what he says. i have a feeling he may be talking about nail polish that contains acetone. Acetone pretty much destroys everything. You have to use the NON acetone nail polish pads for this.

Anyway, I'm no expert, so look forward to hearing more after you take it to the expert.

That could be, I'll mention that, he said they had a special mixture they use for chrome restoration.

It's cool to have him as an option, their the best autobody shop in south Jersey. Hes also hooking me up with the same paintjob they used in Spiderman for my Goblin helmet when it arrives.
