It has nice teeth, better than stock Sideshow bust, an waaay better than recasts.

Now you're tempting me, the battle damaged one is in stock.
I have a non battle damaged recast endoskull that was gifted to me by my aunt many years back that's still with me.
Maybe this will make a good addition to the collection.

This piece seems to be symmetrical and likely not a direct cast off of anything. Seems newly sculpted, perhaps from a scan and then made symmetrical.

The battle damaged version does look more accurate to the screen used pieces in terms of finish.

I'll never understand why they put the top of the chest piece so high up. The top of it should basically be as high up as the top of the front logo on the base. There is no room for the collar bone pistons when that high up... and Schwarzenegger has a really long neck.
