That's right, Burnside said, I'm changing the leatherette on the original pads from Enterbay to natural leather.

I don't suppose anyone is looking to part with their Enterbay 1/4 T-800 BD? I'm in Australia and keen to add this guy to my growing 1/4 scale collection.

Depending on condition of the figure, I could go up to $650 USD shipped. I understand the pleather is a known issue with this one, so even a heavily flaked version would still be of interest to me at a reduced price.

I'm 12 years late to the party, but man am I STOKED to have this guy in my collection! Even in flaking pleather he commands attention. Now on the hunt for new leather

Luckily the flaking on mine is minimal so far, but I'm also considering getting a leather set next year (after my PO list hopefully gets a bit shorter). I got him during the initial release, but he's still a highlight of my collection.

Glad to hear yours is holding up. Mine just arrived in Northern Australia, so I suspect the heat and humidity is about to really expedite the pleather deterioration... I've set him up in a basic pose and will avoid handling him until it's change time haha

I thought I was getting away with it but on close inspection last night my figure's outfit is flaking aswell.

That's a bummer man. I'm so close to pulling the trigger on some new leather from ebay... might wait until after the Christmas season lol
