This is the leather replacement outfit i used, bought a few years ago, looks to have gone up in price alot however:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/225629911821

It's a fully intact outfit, so i cut, sandpapered, burnt bullet holes and edges with a soldering iron pen, etc.

For the painting i used various acrylics for weathering the outfit. I also used a chrome acrylic and repainted all metal parts across the figure, weathered, then re-did most of the blood effects, again with acrylics.

Looks incredible man, well done! I got new leathers on my list too, just can't justify the cost at the moment. Eventually though haha

What did you do with the boots? I can't see the backs and straps on the boots.
Did you just take the leather off your boots and paint the plastic boot lasts?

What did you do with the boots? I can't see the backs and straps on the boots.

Keen eye on the boots! When i received this figure all the pleather had completely disintegrated - outfit, boots, straps, everything just crumbling. While the outfit was a full replacement for leather, the boots i had to salvage. I stripped the crumbling pleather and repainted the plastic boots within, so they certain miss some details. I plan to upgrade them at some points, new boot straps and all.
