Another thing to note is that all the cuts are angled. If you don't do that it will make him look lumpy. I had to go in a few times to recut them at more extreme angles... If that makes sense.

Stock cape.

I don't get the hate for it.

I do wish it was darker and longer, so I will get a custom at some point, but the drape and material are quite nice IMO.

It's a combination of removing foam and replacing it with cotton in key places.

It's all explained in my videos and they will do a much better job of describing it than anything I can type.

In regards to the angles cut(in the foam), did you have it follow a v taper for the abs?(assuming you did to follow anatomy)

Also, what angles used on the back/butt?

Most of the mods I did are those you mention in your videos, as they and your pics are the reason why I went into modding this figure.

I removed all the piece of foam from the hips and butt (perfect fit of the belt) and used it to stuff the traps. I moved the cape clips magnets, put a custom velvet cape and... that's about it.

Anyway, as mentioned above, I think the figure somehow still doesn't look as nice as yours. I don't know why.

Just wanted to thank Tony Meis for another outstanding cape.
I received this last Friday but have been on vacation so I'm just now able to upload pics.

As much as I love the EB batman, I felt there was just that one detail that kept really bugging me. I really love how in the movies, his cape is just deep black, just one of those details that I find really cool.
EB's stock cape is actually very nice, much better than usual Hot Toys stock figure, but for me, one thing that kept this figure from pretty much perfect in my eyes is the cape.
I've had several capes from Tony now and his capes have always made the figures so much better, and so when he offered his new EB batman cape, I finally caved.
I FREAKING LOVE IT!!!
In the display under the LED lights, it looks like this figure is pretty much straight from the movies, and best of all, his cape has this deep Rich Black. Much like in the movies, it has this huge contrast with the suit. It also has this really nice velvet texture. Very nice material.
I bought the ones with wires, if you guys are considering, I HIGHLY recommend getting one!

I must admit, with the wires, it is a little tricky at first to futz it.
I was seriouly futzing with it for at least 2 hours. lol
The end result though is worth it.
