For the price the figure is going for, you would think that Enterbay could've at least gotten the gun compartment in his leg to open up right. Its totally wrong and inaccurate to how it was in the movies.
As for the headsculpt, its got to be Robert John Burke as this is after all branded as a Robocop 3 figure. And the headsculpt looks really good. Sucks that the RJB head can't turn though. With the flight pack and his arm rifle, the figure is all Robocop 3. Peter Weller never had those. Great looking figure overall. But I'm not too particularly confident about its quality.... I have faith that the 1/4 one from Hot Toys will be better. And will be with a Peter Weller headsculpt minus all that Robocop 3 flight pack and arm rifle I suppose.

This looks excellent, but Weller is Robocop. I couldn't justify spending that kind of money on a figure of anyone else in the suit.

Those new pics look great. Amazing figure and this figure really looks more like a Robocop 1,2 Figure. Don't see much Burke in the lip pieces at all. Tempted to maybe get this now.
Those are the best in hand pics so far I'd say. The light brought out the best in the paint, albeit without the bluey/purple hues. Not exactly dynamic posing though, I guess he's probably quite limited even by Robocop standards.

I think in this new set of pictures, you can actually appreciate some of the blue/purple hues in the paint. They're pretty subtle, but definitely there. In hand, I think it'll probably be a little more noticeable. At least that's what I'm hoping 
I may be wrong, but most of the pics we've seen of the figure have been in direct, pretty glaring light that seem to saturate/wash out the paint job's highlights. That's why in some pics, he doesn't even seem shiny. The light just goes straight through the clear-coat/highlights and all we see is silver. In pics where the light is more dim, you can see that the paint job has definitely got a nice shine to it. And in the more naturally lit pics, the highlights are more apparent, especially on the curved surfaces of the figure.

That Pee Wee Herman pose is terrible 
But I guess it does show off some of the figure's articulation. As for the Hot Toys figure, I think that one looks pretty awesome too. The only thing I've noticed (and this only came to my attention after reading the HT RC thread) is the "lack" of a nose. Again, I'm hoping this is just due to poor angles/pics, but it's definitely something that would bother me if it were real and not fixed before the figure's release. Regardless, both of these figures are pretty sweet, and I don't think you could go wrong with either of them.

Ooh yeah, he looks dope in those pics. Much happier with the length of the legs two as in those last pics they looked a little short.
I love how shiny he is too and you see that he pics up blue quite well.
What we need now is a firm confirmation on price and when we can buy it.
I am all over this! Though I have no idea where he is going to fit in the cabinet. Tis but a small issue.

And the visor and armor proportion are perfect.
This is exactly the kind of look i was hoping for to get one day.
Only thing that annoys me a bit is that maybe i wont be able to move the Head as i want Thanks to that motor.
