I guess with all the QC issues every company has been having in whatever form and all the bad press that spreads like wild fire on here they just pulled the site. I for one think news good or bad on these social networks allows companies a good channel to hear customers concerns and to hopefully utilize it as an essential tool t better ones self.

if that does turn out to be their reasoning, that would surely make me nervous about buying from them in the future. hoping its for other reasons.

I think he's trying to fix the gap but I don't know if he succeeded since some pics don't load.

Thank you for that.

Yes, it does suck that it comes with accessories and gimmicks that some people (myself included) are never going to use. Sounds? Who cares? Head movement with a remote? Pft..
Holster? Don't even care. And the accessories? That jet pack and the HS are never leaving the box. Easily $100 (or more) could've been saved if those things were omitted, but it is what it is.

Thankfully, I've cut out in my spending regarding figures/statues. I've sold almost 70% of my collection because of how bad it felt having almost 10 grand worth of toys that meant nothing to me. I now collect figures/statues based on franchises I absolutely love instead of just cool factor- meaning no more IM, or any marvel release for that matter- so, money is being saved and even though it sucks paying $579 for this thing, I really don't regret doing so (at least for now.)

If there's another bad *** looking Robocop in menacing 1/4 scale, please show it to me. This is it.

The Sideshow Robocop 1/4 maquette? :dunno whilst I was one of those who were almost 99% certain of getting the EB Robocop, I'm very slowly losing interest :( still a little miffed on the lack of blue tone on the suit which was one of the first things that I loved about the armour when remembering the movies. Also, the gimmick features of turning head and sounds are making it look tacky for me and is gradually reminding me more of the NECA version :horror Originally, i was going to purchase this to compare with Sideshow's version and see which was better...I'm hoping the more video reviews I see of this in the coming months will help me get the juices flowing again but as of now I'm sticking with my Sideshow version and awaiting to see what PCS have in store with their recently acquired Robocop license.

The sideshow version is one of the worst representations of any character I have seen. The proportions are off, helmet shape all wrong, durpy mouth. The only saving grace for that POS was the base IMO.

D'ya know what? I don't even remember how the Sideshow version looks :lol its remained inside its shipper ever since I purchased it over a year ago...from what I can remember it wasn't that bad a statue. I'm not too big a fan of the original movie to notice things like helmet shape or durpy mouth as you put it :lol but I do appreciate the statue for what is, which before this Enterbay version, was the only Robocop 1/4 statue made...is that right?

I do agree with you regarding the base though. What I would like to have done was use the sideshow base for this EB figure but then that would devalue my Sideshow piece if I decided to sell it...

That Sideshow PF Robo put out was poor even by yesteryear's standards.
Best version of Robo in any scale up to these latest releases was by a vinyl kit company called Horizon. My built up one is the sh it :D

Hmm, even timcent took down his listings for it, but it says (on the old listing) that he sold 10....

Strange one this. I assumed it would be the usual scenario, you see the completed figure for the first time ever and then already have it in your possession 2 weeks later.
