I PO'd through BBTS but im concerned about not getting the battle damaged helmet. From my understanding its an exclusive. So hopefully we will get news soon from EB so I can change PO's...really would like to get it though BBTS purely for customer service.

He's not been like that in video and images earlier in the thread. I suspect what subtle purples there are in the finish are being emphasised by lighting in that video

I hate to admit it, but you're right about the paint. I just emailed the guy selling the sample EB Robocop from ToyFair and asked specifically about the paint job. He said the paint is silver with a VERY light hint of blue. No real purple hues at all. So unless the sample figure differs much from the final version, which I doubt, the figure is pretty much just silver. Oh well, we can't have everything. Just wanted to share that in case anyone else was fooled like me by EB's skillful yet deceptive use of lighting in the video. That Bill is one sneaky SOB....

Well Enterbay have just updated their home page with a new figure. Not Robocop.

Enterbay have always been at odds with the establishes companies when it comes to releasing their figures.
This one does seen to be lurching toward fiasco though!

Added to the fact that Bill has been on the piss around Europe for the past two months with zero updates on his company's future output. What a prick.

I get the impression that he thinks that folks will forget about all this stuff when the figures go out. Which is understandable to some degree as fans can be a bit unreasonable to say the least and then go ape when the figure arrives.
"you will get it when I am good and ready' kinda idea....which would be fine if everything else was done professionally. But he did play some games on the license which does not look particularly professional.

Bill is a cheeky chancer. Never said anything about the figure being from RoboCop 3 until the specs were released. We were led to believe it was Weller with accessories from 3. He hasn't been in my good books since:

1. Cancelling the Prison Break figures.
2. Django (I know it was out of his hands, but I'm still pissed.)
3. Too much NBA. I hate it when companies ignore licenses that made them who they are, like HT are doing now with their hardon for Marvel.
