He did take them down. But the auction said he sold 3.
Probably pre orders. Who knows.

On another board buyers from HK seem to be having a hard time getting this piece as well...seems like China got first dibs this time.

They wouldn't have been pulled from market would they? over likeness rights for the Weller faceplates and it being sold as R3.

That's a very good point actually. I heard that Weller's rights are a ****** to get, if at all. I wonder if half a freaking face is somewhat a big no no in those scenarios.

He's not been like that in video and images earlier in the thread. I suspect what subtle purples there are in the finish are being emphasised by lighting in that video

People need to accept that there is no blue/purple tint or there is very little of it. The paint color on this is pretty much plain silver, nevertheless, the fact that it can look how it looks in the video with the right lighting means blue LED lights could probably achieve the same effect.

In other news I heard Bill is closing his facebook page for good, I guess he just can't handle all the complaints he gets about his QC and perhaps this figure being Robocop 3.
