Interesting that they can't help you. I bought mine from BBTS, and it had a silver snap missing from the jacket. I sent EB an email requesting they send me one, they replied within 48 hours. It took a few weeks, but they sent me a packet with a dozen replacement snaps.
Thats because BBTS is LISTED as an OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTOR/RETAILER of Enterbay Products. Enterbay have stated they can only help when their products are bought off directly from them or any of their officially listed retailers/distributors

Makes sense I guess. That way they can be as certain as possible that they're not replacing parts for just anyone wherever and whenever - perhaps people who were simply negligent and personally at fault themselves. Not the case here with Difabio of course but generally speaking.

I received my T-800 a few weeks ago, I bought it on ebay. Mine also has some loose leather on one of the boots. But you can really only tell when you run your finger over the foot part of the boot. So I'm not really worried about it. I thought about somehow "injecting" some glue there.
Other than that, it's a great figure.

while Enterbay's torso feels like it could snap at any second.

I've seem you mention this a few times now mate, I must say I haven't had an issue with the torso on this at all, what is it with yours, is it loose?

I definitely know what you mean when you say it's like handling a bomb, though. I haven't touched mine in weeks, it's just too much of a scary experience :lol My OCD doesn't help either, the more I handle these things the more I think i'm doing damage that's invisible :panic:

I took his boots pants and jacket off to do the leg fix and I felt like crying!

The main issues I have with this are the joints and the weight of the thing. One of the feet is loose on mine so it feels like it could topple over any second and it feels like that to begin with anyway. Then you have the metal shotgun which feels like it is putting a lot of strain on the joints which means I don't have him holding it (OCD).

Nothing is perfect though. All said and done this still blows me away to this day. I can't wait to team him up with the BD version. What a sight that is going to be. :D

Searching for a PF's bandolier to stick on my T-800 (Despite people saying it's too small or whatever) and getting a grey t-shirt made and putting my EB Batman's gloves on him (once I get him). Going for the beginning of cyberdyne, the "I insist" scene.

We'll get one with the BD figure for sure, though it might have bullet holes in it - plus you wouldn't want to take it off that figure anyway.

The best option is a dedicated accessory pack as we've talked about before.

Not getting the BD :monkey3

I would LOVE the accesory pack. Might email Enterbay it as an Idea seeing as they will need to make a bandolier and grey t-shirt anyway for the BD

Infact, If a few of us pop Enterbay an email they will know there is a bunch of potential customers

@Platty

I think the torso complaint that DiFabio has is it being a little loose. Mine feels that way, and i do worry about it snapping or splitting in two. How's the torso on yours?

I set this bad boy up for display at my friend's clothing store and was really really impressed. Didnt have any problems holding the shotgun in the high pose (no need to tighten screws) everything was tight and pliable too. Amazing figure!

Fine buddy, one of the better joints on the figure. It's just one of those things I guess.

My advice for a guy in your position - try not to jump on hype bandwagons unless you know for sure you will love those figures forevermore - otherwise you'll end up just renting figures and never having 'a collection'. Maybe that would be fine with you and to each his own...wouldn't work for me though.
