I honestly don't know why people come on this thread and winge, if you're a Hot Toys fanboy and don't want to buy this: Fine. We like this figure and are buying it. We don't need people saying the proportions are wrong when frankly they're not, In my opinion the Hot Toys figure is good but it's just too bulky... more like an Arnie caricature.

Nobody is whining or b*tching. This is a forum and we all come here to share views etc. Until the person is act like a mature guy there is nothing wrong with share the expressions about it...even if you don't agree with them or you don't like what they say.

From what i've seen of the EB body, they are more true to Arnold's body in T2 than HT, the HT body is much closer to T1 which is why of their two figures, that one looks best.

all i'm saying its a 1/4 barbie doll with a nice head. They could of done the body sooo much better but instead they took the cheap way out by saying "it wont matter because he will be clothed anyways". Don't get me wrong he's very nice but I wish they would of spent more time on the fake looking doll body to make it match the real looking head.

Yeah the HT one is a little too big or maybe the clothes are a little too tight. This one also has a problem mainly with the Jacket IMO. The perfect line would be somewhere between the two figures.

Completely agree here.

At that scale with some of the heavy accessories, they surely needed to reinforce some of the articulation so that things don't flop around. The body isn't really a big issue aesthetically when you factor in things like that. I would've loved the familiar kinds of joints used in the other bodies but it may have been difficult to pose it. Might as well get a statue at 1/4 scale if it can't stay still right?

I don't think the clothes bulk the HT T2, the chest is just much larger than he was in T2.

As for the detail in the bodies, yes HT took it further, but, there is also less posability to their arms where it looks like EB will have the same range as most figures. I think with a character fully clothed like this, focus should be on articulation, not the look of the body, i wish HT had used more traditional arma on theirs. To me, for a FIGURE priced like this, it should have the max value of what the figure medium is for. We have statues for absolute anatomical accuracy. Figures are meant to have play value and what good is an expensive figure if you can't do much with it.

I really like the 1/4 scale, but mostly because this will be my only collectable. If I had a tonne of 1/6 I wouldn't like it either because it would stand out, so to the people who dislike it due to size... I understand and yes csutkakoma people can share their opinions but to join into a conversation purely to say how much better theirs is... I find that pointless.

Regarding the recent pictures, I dont think the accessories look as good as they should be, especially the Endo-arm.

Bill had stated the arm was made of about 50 or so pieces of metal. It's articulated and not in one position.

The arm isn't bent, if you look, the forearm pistons and such are straight and the hand is bent back at the wrist joint.

I'm really confused guys! I have had a sudden change of mind... I can either make a few customs of maybe a Charlie Sheen (Dur, winning!) or Iron Man Mk VI or this.... Please help mee! :O
