Great group pic! A little modification to shorten the giraffe necks of the casual and suit BL would go a long way.

Maybe, but that is usually the first thing to really stick out to me when I see pictures. Next would be exposed joints

I hear you, Yank. Those necks ruin it every time! And the joints!! When will we ever see the ultimate perfect body with seamless synthetic skin that exactly replicates human skelectal system?

But the long neck issue is by design, I think. Necks on most 1/6 bodies are proportioned longer than it should be in order to compensate for outfits that are thick and bulky in scale.

strange but i also think hot toys suit/casual head sculpt is better than the enterbay GOD smile sculpt..if the hair was longer/bigger it would be perfect..go figure?

Yes, thanks for taking the time to do that. Looks very professional. However you would need to look at a larger number of sets to draw any real conclusions as these are all hand painted. We cannot rule out that these differences are completely random due to the EB production line process.

Perfect 1/6 bodies...good question. These bodies look awesome, but they lack in articulation as we all know. As for the necks, I agree the 2.5's and 3.5's were designed that way. For some reason I just can't stand an HT head on those bodies unless the necks are trimmed. This is due to the fact that the HT sculpts (specifically the faces) are narrow compared to the EB sculpts which makes the giraffe neck more prominent imo.

Yeah it could be random. I'm not ruling out getting an inferior head, if I got my 'fixed eyes' BD head replaced by them. Decisions decisions

Re: the two smiling sculpts, it seems to me that the HT version is an excellent sculpt that is let down by the paint whereas EBs is an excellent sculpt that has an excellent paint app. The HT sculpt should be more lifelike, but the eyes do not have that Bruce Lee sparkle seen in the EB sculpt. Those who have both in hand is this a fair comment, or is Arnie's sculpt itself not as good also?

That's a very accurate comment imo. The difference in the paint is remarkable when you have both in hand, Enterbay's paint on this BL is mind blowing. Idk what else to say that hasn't been said & reiterated already.

As far as Arnie's HT sculpts, in my opinion these do not rank near the top of his best work.

It's such a bummer HT didn't get their paint sorted out - if you remember the teaser image, it looked spectacular. HT have made a reputation on having their release a notch or two up from their teaser pics and proto pics, pity they missed the mark on MIS Bruce. EB have always had outstanding paint apps and it really shows in the smiling sculpt.
