Agreed, it's such a great look....I have a very similar pose to that DA, minus the tan bag and arrow quiver. Mine is holding the bow, staring off into the distance, looking like a badass.

Blimey, now that's a blast from the past! One of the first dioramas I made. I have made a few others since this one. I also adapted this one since this picture was taken. It now has the correct sand texture, which is a mixture of sharp sand and soil, and the F1 grenade colour has been changed to canteen green. Although I have however kept the same scorpion, as little yellow ones in the striking position are hard to come by these days. lol
Here are some of the latest ones I have thrown togeather.
This is a display with screen used boots worn by Stallone, and a hand made Gil Hibben knife:

I will eventually get a perspex dome over it when I can afford it.
Here is my latest creation, another mine field scene, the mine is not accurate, as its more of the size of an anti-tank mine, but as it was free (being an old paraffin green house heater) so I used that instead of a very pricey wooden replica.

I love the "stick-fight" in Rambo III, one of my favorite scenes from the movie. I actually bought two Enterbay Rambos just to make one of them from that moment. I've sadly never gotten around to it though.
I would love to see that display & I hope you get to it. I was thinking about it, but not sure about the red headband swap. Such a great scene in the movie and I think this figure would look badass with the sticks.

. For such a simple change it (headband swap) requires a lot of work. Plus I could always sell it and use the cash for their Rocky. Decisions decisions......

I have all the stuff to do it, but I think I will leave the black headband. I think this will be a fun and quick little project to work on and should turn out pretty good. Also, I would definitely sell one of the Rambo figs and use the cash for Rocky, unless you go through with your original plan.

Is that display for your knife? How cool would it look to have the Rambo figure displayed on that custom terrain. Cool!

Ahhh...the good old days...this was the final display before it sold him. Looking back i do remember all he problems this figure had with the legs and how difficult it was to get it in a solid stance. Poor articulation in the waist, ankles and feet really let this figure down for me.
One of a few mate. Im toying with getting this Rambo 3 doll too. I have the Hot Toys versions, but the only one I like out of those is the M65 Jacket version.

That's a pretty cool custom. Those skinny jeans show how ridiculously long they made his legs though.

Great job on the Cobra custom & he looks pretty dam good. The only thing missing is a match hanging out of his mouth.

After a long wait.. I finally got mine! 
And I was surprised that I actually got the Exclusive version, I thought my retailer gave me a PO for the one without the assembling arrows.
Hoping I can find time to post photos this weekend. I will also have to read this thread again to remedy the shoulder inseam problem, as I have mine showing.
