Enterbay - Jean Claude Van Damme figure

The truth is, if you guys want a younger version of JCVD, buy this older one ! Enterbay will only do a second figure if the first goes really well. If this older one not sell they will not do more and move on to another projects. So, i will buy it. But i agree the sculpt could be much better.

If it don't sell it like it has to sell for the first time (the older caracter)then i'll buy the whole lot

While a younger JCVD (Bloodsport, Timecop, etc.) would definitely have me interested, after recently buying and watching the movie JCVD (which I strongly recommend) I'd very much like to own a more weathered representation of a very misunderstood (or rather quickly dismissed a la Legionnaire) action star. I'm very interested to see the final product.

I still need to watch that actually. Might watch it tonight.

I thought he had all kinds of hip and thigh problems due to years of his famous kicks?
Meaning he was in real danger of hurting himself if he carried on?
Well I started martial arts when I was young due to blood sport and done some Kung fu and Thai boxing not for long for certain reasons but I remember holding kick pads for this guy and OMG it felt like being hit by a car so powerful.
I don't think anybody is saying JCVD is past it , just that he has had his day.
So is JCVD a good movie?

JVCD was a very nice surprise. I was very happy that I added it to my Blu-Ray collection. It's well worth watching it if you haven't seen it yet-- especially if you're an old guy like me who grew up with Jean Claude in action movies at his zenith. It shows his range and it has some really nice directorial choices.

Dammage needs to calm down and not jump down people's throats if they diss his idol. He is the one bumping this thread up with news on a figure that the general opinion on seems to be: younger or from a film. Boardie Snake Plissken keeps his SS thread going with the same passion though not as aggressively.

I posted a you tube trailer for what looks like the crappiest comedy/ not even fit for direct to DVD release. Who made this guy a mod? Why can't we freely express our opinions without being attacked from Jean Claude's biggest fanboy?

Loving this decision for the older JCVD and can't wait to get this guy. It would be great if the nose got tweaked a bit, but no big deal if it doesn't. This guy is definitely going on the shelf no questions asked.

Oh, JC, his wife, his assistant and I have been following up a lot with EB to bring out the best we can have! Unfortunately, not the best we want to have.

We are now waiting for a correct muscular JCVD body (and hopefully, a better nose). EB team is nice but they take time and repeated requests to apply things right, maybe cuz they're working on other projects. Sigh, let us just say I hope no more back and forth!

I REALLY wanted a JCVD figure but this just doesnt do it for me. The sculpt looks off, and its not JCVD in his prime. I hope they at least revise this headsculpt and make it better. A few tweeks and it will look good.
